KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken in Leipzig

There was nothing going on and the food was supposedly freshly prepared. The citizens were dry and tasted like the day before and cold too. 1 star because the fries were at least warm.

Very very tasty

I order a lot here only to come home with less in my pocket than I ordered. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I ordered four Zinger burgers, but one of them clearly had the wrong type of chicken, very small and thin. I could understand if there were a lot of customers, but nobody was in business at the time and I couldn't tolerate this mistake.

The employees are super listless, we ordered, went out to wait, when we came in after 5 minutes, they only started to prepare the food. After 15 minutes the order was in sight ... that has nothing to do with FAST Food ... It has subsided a lot ... too bad

Delicious as always

Very friendly interaction with customers, and of course the food tastes good here too.

Fast service

Food was okay and went quickly. Restaurant was very dirty despite 3 employees. Tables could have been wiped at least once. At some point a customer had to point out that the garbage can was overflowing.

Horny as always

Good, clean branch. Often they are freshly prepared, and sometimes the poultry was quite cool. Some of the staff are nice, warm staff.

We ordered through Lieferando. Displayed delivery time 40 minutes. After 35 minutes we checked again in the food tracker when the food was ready and there were 37 minutes. So called the branch and asked what was going on, the information came that the order had been moved back. When I asked whether the branch can cancel the order, the statement was made that this can only be requested via Lieferando. I said Ok then I turn to Lieferando. So I wrote my complaint. After 30 minutes, I checked the delivery time again and suddenly the order was canceled without a response from the branch. Why didn't the on-site employee say right away that she can cancel this without any problems. Then I would have taken care of something to eat as an alternative. Absolutely great to wait over an hour and then no food comes. No phone call. No information. Dear employee who took my call. Your lack of competence leads to a very dissatisfied customer and the consequence that we will no longer make any sales with you, the complaint to Lieferando has already been sent and a complaint will also go to the franchisor KFC. With a next customer who has a similar concern, I ask you to make correct and true statements and to have the decency to contact us by phone if you make any changes. I ordered the first time. Food was good, something was forgotten but it was delivered relatively quickly with compensation and apology. Delivery driver very friendly

Great food, great staff?

Apparently we at KFC always omit something from orders. As with me today. Had different burgers, crispies and fillet bites. The bites were the best. Burger pretty dry and tastes definitely more. We would definitely not buy anything again.

Unfortunately, it was pretty salty today. Still, I have to say that we really enjoyed the freshness and the service! We'll be back ☺️✌?

10 minutes for a drink and a small chicken crunch!

Was there on December 21, 2019 with my daughter for 1.x dinner. We would like to thank the slightly older lady with glasses for the very nice service. The food was fresh and delicious ?.

When we are on the PC, a visit to kfc is almost a must-visit for us. After initial difficulties in the process, we noticed that the team has come together and the order run smoothly. The food tastes very good and is always fresh. I'm excited.

Recommended for every KFC fan again and again delicious. Service was fast and friendly and the air conditioning is pleasant in the summer. It tastes delicious and you are well fed afterwards. Better than MC Doof and co.
